Here's a run through for everything about both the characters.

Epic sans.
99Hp 99Atk 99Def
Epic sans has a few things in his moveset. He has gaster blasters which he can only summon a max of 3, but three is enough as a single blaster from epic is able to destroy cities and all 3 are equivalent to a nuclear bomb. Bones which can go at incredible speed with good damage. Telekinesis which is the same as every other one. Epic also has the power of energy absorbtion allowing him to absorb any magical attack for example a gaster blaster being shot at him, he is then able to fire it back as a kamehameha at 2x the power. He has a weapon which is the rubber duck which can be used in many ways bein able to send opponents flying. He has way more stamina than normal sans and way more power. He is "immortal" meaning he cannot die as any time he is destroyed he is reanimated back. The only way to kill him would be by glitching his bad time eye and taking it from him as shown in the fight between GasterFrisk and epic.

Sudden changes moveset is more interesting. He doesn't have blasters but instead ops to using a gun which is a regular 6 shot pistol, meaning he has to manually reload it and It has no special effects or anything. Sudden, instead of having karma he instead inflicts bleed damage which slowly drains the opponents hp and actually kills. He also has bones which he's able to control really well and telekenisis which is the standard one. Another big thing would be that he has a special tank which he is able to summon and get in. In his tank form he cannot use his gun but instead uses the 2 arms on his tank. One arm had a mini gun which is able to fire immense amount of bullets in a short time. And the other hand has a rocket launcher which can fire 2 rockets at once. He is still able to use bone moves while in tank mode. The only way damage sudden would be to either break the glass on the top where he is or go above him and strike at him.

Overall this would be a fun fight but I think epic would triumph, mainly because of his eye and how he cannot die unless his opponent knows how to get rid of it.

Epic Could end it really quicker. He can teleport without using shortcuts, only speed. That means epic could just blast SuddenChanges away before the battle starts.

Nice... I like this compared to most others but info for the future: epic can only spawn up to three blasters at a time; however, the three blasters power combined is equivalent to that of a nuclear bomb.
