What is the application for today?
1. Wash. We can do that.
2. Wait till night. We can do that.
3. Wait a number of days. We can do that.
4. Make an offering with a priest. We cannot do that.
5. There are no ceremonies without the tabernacle, Temple, and priests. So now what would we do?

Btw we are not under the law of the Old Testament, and the law of touching a dead animal wasn’t for us and was for the people that lived a while ago and had to go by the Torah, but now we are under the law of Jesus Christ. And also we don’t become unclean by eating certain animals as Yahweh (Jesus) said that what goes into our mouths don’t defile us (defile = make something unclean) the books of the Torah are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. So we don’t have to follow the laws of them today. (But we can still find good verses in them) the only reason we still follow some laws in the Torah is because they are repeated in the New Testament. And if you don’t think that I’m right, think about itt, a lot of these thing we do today. It’s not that we have forgot or ignore them, but they don’t apply to us and were not meant for us. God loves you💗

Your teaching / explanation is extremely helpful; for decades, I've struggled with trying to understand ALL the ramifications regarding laws, etc...!

These commands are like a Merck Manual for the ancient nation, they make medical and psychiatric sense like having the men returning from war wait outside the camp before they are allowed back in. I bet the rate of PTSD was low. HaShem knows all.

Clear delineation of unclean and clean, so thank you. Is the woman's menstruation why there was an outer court for women in the Temple or was a woman prohibited from even entering the gates during her time of separation? And if the man sleep in the same bed with her, would he also be prohibited from going to the Temple? Thanks.
