My monitor doesn't show all of its space, only the middle. It shows black borders around the image. Yours shows all of the space in the screen. Is this a menu issue?

I just got my monitor but i can't find out how to stop it from
outputting the sound from the camera så I'm stuck with a high freq noise
and the only way to get rid of it is to connect headphones but that's
