Nice video. Only thing i wanted to ask is does stamp duty rules stay the same if the FTB is buying the house to let i.e put it out on rent? Im getting conflicting info online lol

So Labour have canned the pensioners, canned the disabled, are about to cane the unemployed et al and hey! Now they are going to cane first-time hope all those first-time buyers who voted Labour are more than happy to contribute extra funds to Labour's spunk fund. Chances are ( my guess ) the Tories would have left the SD as is for the foreseeable future in a move to help First Time buyers.
