How to make Swedish Christmas candy called 'Knäck'!

In this video my son and I are making Knäck, Swedish Christmas candy.

Here is some of the equipment I used making this video:

Ingredients
200 ml sugar
200 ml heavy cream
100 ml chopped almonds (optional)

Step one
Place baking cups on tray

Step two
Add sugar, heavy cream and golden syrup to a pan. Bring it to boil. Wait for it to reach 260F (127C). This will take time and make sure it's not on a high heat or might overflow.

Step three
Pour mixture into jugs and add the almonds and stir

Step four
Carefully pour mixture into baking cups

Step four
Keep in the fridge
