good presentation but one thing is clear we have value of K =5 then we will go up to 5 instance or we will go to five instance that have low distance with our data point please clear it

sir suppose if k=3, there are 2 under weight and 1 over weight, then label is under weight, for same problem if k=9 there are 4 under weight and 5 over weight here we assign class label as over weirght .but for k=3 and k= 9 we are assigning 2 different labels for same data, how can we justify it?
