I have this and the Dyson. This needs a basic smooth brush with no boar bristles. Something gentle that won't pull out hair. The oval brush and paddle brush are way too rough right now. The amount of hair left behind in the brushes is way too much. Please come out with a smoothing brush attachment.

I bought this vacuum 8 months ago and the brush will turn on for a short time and then shuts right off and the green light turns red, 2 days after that the wand clip broke off. I called shark and was taken through steps so they could try and fix it, just to be told that the warranty doesn't cover these parts the warranty only covers the motor. A 5 year warranty only covers the motor? So I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over 30 minutes to be told that the manager would call me back within 24 to 48 hours. I never got the call back and it's been 3 days!

Really need an option for non animal bristles, alot of ppl do not like using boar bristles 😕
