People are mad Kendrick Lamar for disrespecting God during his performance the closing night of Glastonbury 2022. Performing hits such as "N95", "Silent Hill" as well as older hits from across his catalog like "Humble." Despite an amazing performance, people only seem to focus on the Crown of Thorns he was wearing, that supposedly took 10 months to design, features 8,000 diamonds ($3M total to make). Claiming that he has to answer to GOD for this one, since JESUS CHRIST is the one and only one worthy of their sins. 😅

However, given the context of his conceptual album (Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers), it’s the exact opposite. And many speculate that the reason he did this was to show two things:

One, is that the crown was put on Christ's head when they were judging him.
And second, is the whole album is about people’s imperfection. That’s why he says “I am not your savior" throughout the project.

The only reason he is saying he is not their savior is because fans worship artists like they are God when really they are leading them to a burning end and its sad to see people blindly following the plan. If this was any other religion yall would be on him.

Lastly the crown of thorns on The Lords head is representing our sins he died on the cross for. Its crazy hours people will see pure blasphemy and disrespect of a religion and defend it because as I said before people are blindly worshiping artist that don't care for you like God. That's all I have to say only God can judge I'm just telling the people the truth they don't want to hear.
