Everything About the Camel in Minecraft! (1.20) | Easy Minecraft Mob Guide

In this video, I show you everything you need to know about camels in Minecraft. This includes how to breed, ride, tame, and feed camels. This was recorded in Java Snapshot 22w43a, so there may be some changes before it is officially released in 1.20. This works for both Java and Bedrock Editions. I love that they're adding camels! My only grievance is that you can't put chests on them. They're definitely large enough to be able to have a chest, but maybe it's a thing the plan to add later or something

no i did not just travel 4000 blocks with two of those camels just to breed them at my base wich was really frustrating cause their falldamage is like 3-4 blocks and they lay down the whole time and are so slow and smart me didnt know you could sprint with them off course

Really wished they made the controls for rideable mobs the same as boats, would be cool to look away from the direction you’re moving into

To be honest: I really like the camel, its sounds and look overall, it is totally adorable and I am happy it gets added. Yet it is the least highlight for me so far. Bamboo and the chiseled bookshelves are my absolute highlights though. I am already looking forward for your lets play to continue with the new stuff that's coming! 👌

I like everything about it, and it will be a fantastic addition for people building in arid environments, but I'm disappointed they can only be found naturally in Desert villages and only 1 will spawn (preventing breeding for survival worlds unless you happen to find 2 villages that are both large enough to harbor a camel.)

I am a big bedrock edition player but I also enjoy watching Java players I just recently got 1.19.50 yeah I am behind but its mainly due to some mods I like. Camels will do well for the desert but Horses will always be I kinda wish there was a bit more variety as in like the breed of horse

Camel's cook probably replace horses or Minecraft can just make the horse kind of more like the camel

Did the hitbox change? I was attacked by husks while on a camel on Java.
