Hi Karirais, This is some of the older films i made was a little too fast in the movement, but today i have much better camera and program to make my small instruction films.
When i diassemble this lens or other lenses, i do some mark with a small sharp tool beside the helical and other parts, so i know exact where the innertube connect to the outer tube. Another thing is also good to do before disassemble, to measure the shortest lenght of the hole lens when it's on infinity. i will try to put up some pictures that i hope will show better, how to find right point to connect the helical to the focus barrel. (I'm not shure it's possible on youtube, but i try anyway)

GOOD DAY, thanks for your video. I have a problem with such a lens. I am very interested in the last 40 seconds of this super fast video. Do you have the usual option? At such a huge speed it is difficult for me to understand something. Thank you for your work.

@mikeno62 great videos! I've been following along, especially on the Nikon Nikkor AI-s versions. Question: I'd like to remove the retractable lens hood. I've take the hood and cover off by removing the grub screw. But, I can't get that little screw under the hood off. Any suggestions?

Any advice how to assemble the focusing helicoil correctly so that it focuses to infinity. End of the video is so fast that I don't see it so clearly. I only seem get it assembled front or back of it.
