Inequalities include greater than, less than, greater than and equal to, less than equal to, and not equal to.

These inequalities can be graphed n a number line.

An open symbol is used when you graph less than or greater than, and a closed symbol is used when graphing greater than and equal to and less than an equal to.

When comparing two numbers on a number line, the number on the left will be smaller than the number on the ight.
