I agree that Johnny Crawford was a fantastic child actor, and the chemistry between he and Chuck Connors was amazing. However, we can’t forget, talented child, stars, like Mickey Rooney and Elizabeth Taylor. They each remained unbelievable actors until their senior years.

I got a Rifleman cap rifle for Christmas and fired all the caps by the next day. Afterwards, I had to be more measured in my shooting.

I watch it on Pluto tv. They had great chemistry on the set, damm near making you believe they are actually father and son. At least to me it appears that way. Was a great show when I would stay up late and watch reruns as a teen. And it's still a great show, I'm 52 now.
