Novosibirsk, best city on earth. Never been there. Can you recommend flight?

I have a book in my library I’ve had for years called “The Whisper of Stars” from 1987 focusing mostly on Novosibirsk. The section I found most fascinating was on the oldest man and woman in the city of a million people. The oldest woman was 102 that had ten kids and eight already died. Her secret to a long life was to love and be kind to people and that she never eats beef, pork, and never smoked or drank alcohol. Sounds right. And the oldest man was 92. A WW1 vet that just eats little and exercises in place every day. Imagine that! The oldest man in the community is barely in his 90’s! Today it’s no big deal in America if any gender makes it that far!
