Cleo Smith found alive by WA police

After an agonising 17 day search – four-year-old Cleo Smith has been found by Western Australia Police.
She was reported missing from the Blowholes campsite near Carnarvon by her parents on October 16.
Western Australia Police have confirmed they have found missing four-year-old girl Cleo Smith "alive and well" inside a locked Perth home in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
A team of officers broke into a Carnarvon home around 1am where they found Cleo in one of the rooms.
She was picked up by one of the police officers and asked what her name was.
The child responded, "My name is Cleo".
Deputy Commissioner Col Blanch confirmed Cleo was reunited with her parents "a short time later".
"This is the outcome we all hoped and prayed for," he said.
"It's the outcome we've achieved because of some incredible police work."
He revealed a Carnarvon man has been arrested and is currently being questioned by detectives.
A press conference will be held later on Wednesday morning where police will provide more information.
