This is a nice list of places. I would also mention the humidity, since this is making a big difference how you experience the temperature. 30 Celcius can be very nice but also too hot depending on humidity.

I have been to the Philippines and Thailand and enjoyed them both. Have not made it to the other destinations - not yet !!

Been fortunate to have visited Canary Islands, Dubai, Phuket, Palawan, Mauritius and Sri Lanka. I'll probably choose Canary Islands, Dubai and Mauritius. I would choose Krabi over Phuket in Thailand. Palawan is beautiful but maybe not to retire though

The canary islands have a good winter temperature but with been islands they can sometimes suffer from wind, cloud and rain.
Although generally not quite as warm as the canaries in winter southern spain inc murcia, malaga and alicante are more settled with calmer weather, this area sees the mildest winter weather within europe with temps between 17 and 22c in jan, feb
One winter resort not mentioned but with a great climate with temps around 25c in dec, jan, feb is egypt around the red sea area
