ADAPT TO SURVIVE - Access the building’s security cameras to survey the environment and plan your route through danger. Distract enemies by knocking over paint cans and toys - just slip away before enemies are drawn to your location. Hop into hiding spots and allow danger to pass, or try to outrun your pursuers. Play your way, but be prepared to adapt.

When you realise, both of them were ruined. From what we've seen in the trailers, Vanny was supposed to be much more deadly, and in the game she appears twice.
Vanessa was supposed to be on your side (there were speculations about her being good and helpful at the beginning, but trough the night she would get more and more evil due to glitchtrap control and Vanny thing and eventually you would have to stop trusting Vanessa at some point) but in the game she is equally horrible towards Gregory as for example Roxy is.

Not gonna lie, the scenes where Vanny hyjacks the tv monitors and talks to Gregory creepily really gives me Max Headroom vibes

Forgive me if this is a stretch, but if her dad really is William Afton, that would make this Vanessa this canon's equivalent of Elizabeth Afton, wouldn't it? Thereby making her also this canon's equivalent of Circus Baby? It would explain how he's able to manipulate her easily into killing people. Not to mention those murderous tendencies might even be passed down.

I think Vanny is Vanessa’s twin sister, Vanny may have a disorder and Vanessa has to take care of her, Vanny could also used to be apart of the animatronics either she was a live actor with the animatronics or she had disguised as one which was discovered and she got scraped.

Vanessa became interested in the Fazbear franchise in 2024 when she was 14 during her first year of high school after playing a VR simulation game. After graduating high school in 2028 she joined Fazbear entertainment. In 2033 she became possessed by William afton and killed 32 kids at a superplex mall. She is no longer possessed by William but the monster is still out there.

Here’s the thing, I don’t think Vanessa is lying about her “family” because if you think about it. A broken home, where the wife left and the daughter was loyal to her father. Sounds a lot like the Afton Family. I think Glitchtrap brainwashed her so much into thinking she was always a part of that family and not her true family.

Vanessa and Vanny are not the same person. They are twin sisters. Vanessa was in security for the main office before transferring over to the new place. The one who got taken over by glitch trap was a bata tester. She could have transferred over cuz she was looking for her sister. Also a huge hint to them being sisters is in the rooftop ending. Vanessa will be on top of the Rooftop of the burning pizzaplex looking down on Vanny's dead body after she fell with Freddy. How can she be in in two places at once?
