Why do paragraph styles not sync in Adobe Express?

I really want to manually dial in the size of my asset. I’m working in photoshop using an svg saved to my libraries. Click and dragging to resize is really difficult and eventually hurts my hand and wrist. When I drag my asset into my document, the width sand height under properties greys out and I don’t understand why.

How do you restore an accidentally deleted CC library?

I feel sorry for him having to demo these features that don’t work properly.
When The libraries do work they are slow and they are so unintuitive he keeps making the same “mistake” and blaming himself.
No - he is just trying to demo feature that is bad and buggy and that he obviously doesn’t bother to use in real life. There are so many times that things don’t work in this demonstation.
