First. Took my boys up to Hawk Lake Lodge as a part of our first (and second) trip up to sunset country. Ted and staff are excellent. They take great care of you and the food is outstanding. While we have moved on to more toothy critters on bigger water, it's a fantastic spot and you won't regret visiting Hawk Lake. Many thanks to Ted for being our first Canadian lodge experience.

headed there in early June for 4 days of long haul to get there, bring my own gear? or is the gear provided sufficient? happy to use there rods/reals, suggestions as to what lures to bring?
there are so many lakes to choose from, your recommendations?
