Dr KoketsoTshite completed community service in Moses Kotane Hospital in 2012 and joined General Dental Practice Department (Maxillofacial and Oral Radiology unit) at Wits School of Oral Health Sciences in 2013. She has been involved with the teaching & training of undergraduate Dentistry and Oral Hygiene students since 2013 in MFOR, Oral Biology, Comprehensive patient care, and PBL. She was a Module coordinator for MFOR post-graduate programme in 2018 and is a Module coordinator for the MFOR BDS IV undergraduate programme from 2017 to date. She has participated in the school’s curriculum review and development and is an external examiner for the MFOR undergraduate programme at Sefako Makgatho University. NRF and Teaching & Learning committee member as well as the University of the Witwatersrand representative on the IADR Exco from 2018-2020. Dr Tshite has participated in the adjudication of Undergraduate as well as Postgraduate competitions at the IADR conference in 2019 at the University of Pretoria, and in the IADR virtual conference in 2020.
Dr Tshite is currently completing Masters of Health Sciences in Education at Wits University and is planning to register for PhD in Maxillofacial and Oral Radiology (MFOR).
