CRAFTSMAN 247.273300 (MTD T3000 13BP78XS099) Riding Mower with Single Speed CVT transmission Brake piston ceased broke transmission and ended up with no forward or Reverse. This is a detailed troubleshooting video including brake tear down, the only way to safely remove a ceased rear wheel without damaging rim wheel or transmission casing and a transmission replacement including drive belts.
Note: when adjusting brakes place in forward or reverse gear. Adjustment can also be done
by just placing in gear and pushing in either direction while turning adjustment center nut. When unable to move, back off nut quarter turn.
