The flavors of Croatia - While visiting my sisters, we enjoyed dishes with sweet paprika. Growing up, my mom often made Chicken Paprikaš, but I never really studied the recipe. Missing my sisters and reminiscing about our summer adventure, I decided to make my version of Chicken Paprikaš (pronounced pap-ri-kash) using leftover roasted chicken. I aimed to make the most of what I had, ensuring I used food from the fridge before it went bad. The result was a richly flavored dish with a bit of spice, topped with radish Serrano pickles and served with chopped, roasty toasty potatoes. Bon Appetit and Dobar Tek!
