It’s one thing to read the comments. It’s worse when you hear them in game 😅

As a Brig player, I do not comprehend only healing. If I'm not rawdogging the enemies, I'm not living

Whenever I post anything on my TikTok I swear I get takes that make me question if a 5 year old passed the age restriction.

People need to realize that the role is called SUPPORT, not healer. There are a lot more ways to SUPPORT the team then just healing.

these are the same people who expect support players to out-heal the damage that they received while they refuse to take cover while being healed.

Idk how people just simply don’t pay attention or don’t use common sense when it comes to this game

My issue is that the advice to “stop healbotting on Lucio” doesn’t actually help players who don’t understand how to use his auras yet. What it means is basically “you’re healing when you should be speeding”, but it doesn’t give any insight into how to actually make that decision. (Also, telling players to not play a hero because they’re making a mistake is stupid. How are they supposed to learn if they’re not allowed to make mistakes?)

I feel like there’s a significant lack of understanding or respect of the learning process extended towards new and low-skill players. Healing isn’t _bad_, it’s just that other activities are often better. The problem is that when healing _is_ the best choice at the moment, failing to heal tends to have bigger negative consequences than failing to take an opportunity to do some higher-value offensive action. So, when a player doesn’t have the perception to distinguish between the situations where healing is needed and when it can be safely delayed, defaulting to healing feels like the safer choice. Instead of criticizing players for existing in this totally normal and perhaps even necessary phase of the skill curve, we should be helping them to improve their perception so they can grow past the “healbot” phase.

Just wait until they yell at you for pulling out the pistol when everyone is dead and you’re last man standing.

Thank YOU! I've been going around comment section and have been advocating that having the highest heal especially if it's a lot higher than the other team doesn't necessarily mean it's a good thing. It basically just means your team is taking a lot of unnecessary dmg without getting any picks 💀

Doing damage takes too much skill for them and stresses them out lololol
