I think phrasal verbs need to learn them from childhood by listening to them a lot in order to be more easier, especially for people who live s in unenglish speaking countries.
Unfortunately I didn't do that because in my country we just start studying English language from fifth class and also we only study one or two class lessons per week, and maybe that's why I still have problems in phrasal verbs.
Anyway, I hope this technique is useful for us, who knows, I'll give it a shot, and thank you so much Vanessa, you're an amazing teacher as usual and always try to do the best and get a new ideas, techniques, methods for teaching English and that's great.

Hi!English is an intoxicatingly beautiful language, a gift from God!I have a question for a native speaker like yourself:is the t sound in the the word "latter" pronounced exactly the same as the d sound in "ladder" or is there a very slight difference?Other examples:patty vs paddy, Matty vs Maddie, etc.Thank you!

Ma'am, there are thousands of phrasal verbs. Some are commonly used, some rarely used, some even we non native English speakers don't know how many phrasal verbs are there. But ma'am, isn't there any way or idea to gather the meaning of phrasal verbs which known or unknown? Is there any idea to gather meaning of every phrasal verb?

Thanks a lot, Vanessa! The idea of making up a sentence or even a story with the verbs is not new to me and it works well. As to the comparison of the verbs with same particles-- it is new! Worth trying, I guess:)
