Thank you for talking about whether the Asbury Revival is truly a revival or not. As you mentioned, there seems to be a lot of singing, praying, and emotions, but no preaching of the Word of God in any of the news reports I've seen. Then I hear about false teachers racing to get involved, and immediately red flags go up. Deception is increasing, so we need to be very biblical and discerning.

I just wanted to add Pastor Andy that I went to Asbury University in Wilmore, Kentucky for almost four years before entering Navy and Army Aviation and have spoken to many friends who have been there and say that the Revival is the real deal but like you I am a bit more concerned but hope it is for real. Thanks so much for bringing this up as we are told to test the Spirits.

Ok so hear are my thoughts. I have been keeping up Asbury and for what I see it’s worshipping Jesus. I think the issue is what people are “ calling” it. While it may or may not be a a “ official” revival, I believe God is working in these young individuals lives. I pray many will be saved because of it. Love your updates Andy. And Come Lord Jesus!

Very good update, Pastor Andy. Thank you! I am 74 years old and been a Bible reader/student and Bible believer (even before I was saved at 29 years of age, I believed the Bible) all of my life. Having seen some weird stuff in the "church" - prosperity "gospel", name it claim it and frame it, blab it and grab it, seed faith, Brownsville, Pensacola, Purpose Drivel this and that, and the list goes on and on, I am wary of this Asbury thing. Like you, I check everything going on around us with what the Bible says or doesn't say.
Looking at where we are in endtimes Bible prophecy, things lining up very well for the Tribulation, the Rapture preceding the Tribulation, and no mention at all of an endtime revival, I am skeptical of what is happening in Asbury. Like you, I will watch and see what comes from it.

I feel the same way about the revival in Ashbury. I believe and Love revival except when Kingdom now false doctrine are commenting this will bring in the kingdom of God which is antisemitic in nature! I'm so thankful for Bible teachers like yourself and JD Farag!! Y'all stick to the Word!
