In last 2.5 months, I got 2 frames 1 by 1...super worse quality..frames got broken within 15 to 30 days. These glasses cost me about 12000 rs each pair and it's surprising to see the quality of frames they have and they offer. Highly dissatisfied...

I placed order on 19th May and order still not delivered which has to be delivered till 25 th May. And till 4th june it is still undelivered. I mailed and called many times there is no resolution by their team. Whenever I called they used to say that they are escalating message. Highly irresponsible. They are not understanding need of spects having power of -2.5. If you can't deliver then tell your customer not wait. Irresponsible customer executive. Irresponsible company. Fake news of delivery within 3 days

Yes yes yes...I also broke my glasses during the lockdown and still using the same coz you know what many a people aren't earning enough to buy a new one so please stop pushing ads before every video 🧐

Costly product but worst quality. I bought it for Rs. 13, 200 but within 2 months it has been broken. Now they refused their warranty. The great lenskart told me I have to buy it again.

Fake reviews ... I ordered the glasses on 10 August and the delivery shown in my order was 18 August, but my glasses have not been delivered yet. I was contacted Lenskart to ask where my order was. They told me I don't know where it is ... I can't track your order..

Meine 28 july ko order kiya specs aur mein metro city kochi mein hu aur avi tak koi tracking id tak nhi mila hai. Aur yeh log bolte hai...2 din mein aa gaya. Seriously....inke advertisement mein believe na kro.

Bahot poor quality hai glass ki bhi frame ki bhi....jo bhi eye ki problem ni h wo bhi start ho jati....Lenskart very low quality product, sirf or sirf paise lete h ....

i think this is only 1% of their feedback. Where is the other 99% i know where is it. Go and Check your app reviews to get it. Mostly it is 1 Star and Negative Feedback only. i pity you Lenskart.
