Thanks for doing this! During sections of this, Gadd plays straight sixteenth notes on the bass drum, using a heel-toe technique, that is not notated here.

I'm using a 1919 Ludwig pedal that's made for heel down but also found it's unbelievable for the sliding and rocking motion and feel s like butter!!!!That's a Rap, oh btw Steve was doing that heel toe as far back as 1979 to circa 1981!! Fact!!
