TIS-100 is an open-ended programming game by Zachtronics, the creators of SpaceChem and Infinifactory, in which you rewrite corrupted code segments to repair the TIS-100 and unlock its secrets. It’s the assembly language programming game you never asked for!

There's an odd sense of atmosphere this trailer has. It's so uncompromising and cold, absolutely nothing about it is compelling except by it's own merit. You're either instantly hooked or left completely dumbfounded, and I love it.

Not for everybody, but easily this year's best puzzle game.

This game is so fascinating. Even the trailer itself is really bleak and understated. It's a beautiful thing, even nerds who enjoy Dwarf Fortress are recoiling in horror from this monstrosity. Easily the best game of the year (and also the most-frustrating).

Dislikes are most likely console peasants incapable of understanding what this game that requires to think is about.
