Girl yes you have to give yourself grace. Especially as you age. I am 36 and I have learned over the yrs as I get older give myself grace with my body as it changes and my mental health. I have yet to find a counselor I have loved. I have had one that wasn’t bad but not one that I felt I couldn’t live with out.

I have been dealing with chronic migraines, no hot water at our house (for a month), our truck has been in and out of the shop, and dealing with our kids online school stuff. I am beyond exhausted and frustrated. Oh I also have mental health issues that the past few years has been getting worse. No lie I did not leave my house for almost all of 2020 because of my Agoraphobia, anxiety disorders, ptsd and bpd. So glad it's get better. So I am just fighting to live. Sorry if this is to real, it is all I know how to be.
