ChannelCastStation only said it is an "oc" so he can avoid controversy with Miku's age. ChannelCastStation's Miku has a smaller pigtail, but DECO*27 uses MIKU, meaning... IT IS MIKU. (Her hair is much bigger and longer).

Miku is a blank slate; You can make her into anything you like. Her gender, age, race. What ever you want. Crypton even says it: "Vocaloid can be anything you want." Crypton doesn't want miku to just be in one category, they want Miku to be anything. They love people's creativity and they welcome it.
