Normally, before training, data pre-processing is being done(e.g. feature engineering, scaling and imputing, stemming, lemmatization creation of bag of words). How can this part of the workflow be replicated when making predictions on new raw data using the hosted model? We would need to transform the new data and bring it in the same format as the data used for training before making predictions. Should the pre-processing of the new raw data be done with lambda functions (custom deployment package) or is there a better approach?
