Just go to settings -general - power mode& startup- scroll down to "full shutdown" and once its off unplug the power cable for a minute straight then plug it back in and it should work, it worked for me

If you tried all these methods & it didn’t work try to turn off your Xbox or PlayStation. Take out the power wire in the back of system for 1min. Go to your wifi router & turn it off & on then wait till it’s back on then try again 🤙🏼

If you tried everything and still didn't work, maybe your Xbox Account and the console itself were banned from network features, the console may just send you this error but check in your email inbox and you may find out the real reason of why this is happening

Guys, If none of the methods work, try doing a reset. First, turn off the Xbox device, then press the black button on the device, and then press the Xbox button on the Xbox, not the controller. Until A menu will appear in which you choose Factory Reset. I have tried all the methods and they did not work, only this method worked

For me it says this when I load up games but it also says the time is a completely random time in the day which isn’t the correct time and it says all my freinds are online but I can’t click on there profiles I have no clue what to do?
