Well--that test was just in a direct headwind. I've seen crosswinds taking the 4-pin numbers and opening them up like a pocket. Another possibility is to use 3M adhesive--the number's now perfectly flat, though you still have to stick the pins in per USAC regs.

Good video, but who pins their numbers there?  I think it would be more useful to do it in the conventional place by the rear pockets of your jersey- this may also be near where a rider looses laminar flow over their back (obvs depends on their position). Thanks though, these videos are useful!

You guys will need to redo this. You didnt test a set of those new magnetic race number holders that dont destroy your jersey. But i mean i guess so if you dont have them.

Would love to see a traditional triathlon race suit vs one with short sleeves.  There has been a lot of talk of the sleeves being faster.

Why didn't you look at location? Putting it in the middle of the lower back, on the side of the back, etc?

Please to a test using a triathlon number (on a RACEBELT) "mounted" on different positions (Back, Side / "Ass") :)
