Episode 7 - How To Use A Digital Reader To Grade Maple Syrup

Day 3 brought a great weather day with the promise of more golden. You’ll see the digital reader we use to get the grade right. It’s a neat little gadget. In the heat of the moment I had mentioned very dark being 34%, not true as that would be dark.
With all the bottling, I had trouble getting my daily value of manganese but I did persevere!
Maybe waiting for a grade change soon?
