First of all THANK YOU for all of this great information. I have been listening to you for a while and I have seen most of your videos. You have helped my viewership go up substantially! My website got 400 unique visitors in March of 2009 and I will easily eclipse 3000 this month....But I am not doing so well w/ affiliate marketing....My ? is where do you go to find people willing to advertise on your site? quick question. So i have statcounter and sitemeter on my blog. Google has me at 3k visits, those 2 have me at 50k visits for 12 mos, what is going on? And does wayne bradey have to visit google to straighten them out? Or what can i do?

How do you choose what ads you will accept and which ones you would not accept?

I'm not talking about the price the person or company is willing to pay or the or the relevancy of the ad to your website. I'm talking about the reputation of the person or company (good or bad), or the ethical considerations that you might have.

I know that I would not want my web site to be associated with certain people or companies, and I just wondered what your criteria is.

Is it a youtube video? If so under your youtube account you have to use the "monetize" my videos. Choose to monetize your video, you may have to do it on each one.Choose types of ads.but you wont get paid from that right away. Then you have to make an adsense account, and link it to your youtube account. Then if they approve it you can start placing ads and get paid
