This pancake hack is the perfect way to meal prep breakfast for the whole family! We’ve seen the viral frozen pancake hack and just had to try it for ourselves. It’s so quick and easy, perfect for busy mornings! They are super fluffy and tasty, and you can add whatever toppings you fancy!

All you do is make your pancake batter and add it to an ice cube tray, then top with your fave pancake toppings. SIMPLES!

Here’s our pancake recipe:
🥞Sift the 135g plain flour, 1tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt into a large bowl.
🧈In a jug, lightly whisk together 130ml milk and 1 large egg, then whisk in the 2tbsp melted butter.
🥞Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
🧈Let the batter stand for a few minutes. Then fry with a little butter
