After just 3 minutes in: VERY well presented. That 3D anatomy model made things much clearer compared to the previous video on this topic. Subscribed.

Good Morning, I'd like to take a moment to say thank you & I appreciate your professionalism in the way you teach on your video's, I can also appreciate clean no foul language like some others do. Very informative and we'll explained techniques, I believe that somehow I've been blessed with the ability to learn nerve & pressure points, it's almost like I already knew about that spot if you know what I mean. It seems to come natural. But I just wanted to say thank you sir for your training videos and the manner in which they're made, we'll done! May God Bless You, Enjoy your day, I'm a new very grateful fan/student.

Once again a nice, very informative video.
I´m looking forward to meeting you guys in Germany in October, as I will participate in the seminar together with one or two friends and training partners of mine.

Great points. Not until I started sparring and feeling the energy of my opponent did I fully realize my potential. All the techniques and philosophies in the world are useless if your emotional mind cannot handle the stress of a fight or flight scenario. When the lizard brain takes over, you don't want it to be the first time you experience that rush of adrenaline in a real world scenario. Thanks for the vids

I got the damaging pain from practice with I foolishly tried getting out of a craddle with a bridge and instead ended up in a back bend.

So I was wondering if the crane position in kongfu is a viable form in a fight, and is it affective.or is it a big opening for your enemy.
