In this video, I'm going to show you how to make soft and fluffy Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Pumpkin Cream Cheese topping. This is perfect treat/snack to have at any time of the day.

Ingredients for the dough:
500g Bread Flour
50g Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
8g Instant Dry Yeast
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
100g Pumpkin Puree
100g Unsalted Butter, Softened

Ingredients for the filling:
50g Butter, Melted
25g Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Ingredients for the topping:
150g Cream Cheese, Softened
50g Brown Sugar
1/4 Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
