I stayed at sea me spring 3 last week for 15 nights, very clean hotel. Very good location if you want peace and quiet, as there are no bars around you.

Soi 10 not a long Soi . I remember the only real hotel was the Swadee Sea View . Other side of the street was Thai houses & bushes . Good selection of hotels now . Well done quick info vid .

Page 10 may be a bit more expensive than the others, but in terms of US dollars, it's still cheap. I stay there every time I come to Pattaya. You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to Beach Road, 2 minute walk to Second Road, Soi Honey, 10 minutes if not less to Soi Buakhoa and LK metro.

Sawasdee Sea View was my regular spot to stay. I hear rumblings that it's bring remodeled.

Used to stay in the LK Empress, kind of in that area; very nice hotel. But with everything on Beach Road closing, not very convenient anymore. The hotel had a Family Mart which is now closed.
