I recently crocheted my first ever sweater with big twist panoramic in the oatmeal colorway and am SOOOO SO happy with how it turned out!! I used mostly double crochet so it was loose and airy. The slight tone changes make it so dynamic and fun without having color changes. Recommended for spring tops!

So many thoughts because I’ve actually used a few you mentioned. I love the KC essential cotton. I made myself and sister in law tops last year for summer and it is quite heavy in weight but not in temperature. The fabric itself is still very soft and breathable and comfortable. I will say I just recently bought 6 skeins of one of the variegated colors called Ground and returned them after beginning to crochet with it. a lot of the spots where the colors changed were super muddy looking and way more speckled than I was expecting so it just kind of looked messy. (Tried multiple stitches and hook sizes) That color way was very saturated with blue green brown and orange so idk if that was why but I really want to go back for some of the lighter options.
I just finished a top using the big twist party in Prism and the colors are so beautiful and the yarn works up very light and squishy. I want more but all of my Joann’s are out.
I was slightly disappointed in the cozy boucle from Michael’s because when I saw it online just before V day, I was expecting it to be way softer than it actually was. I couldn’t see myself making a wearable with it cause it’s so scratchy but I really liked the cherry pie color
