I have had an issue with this chloride channel concept for many months. You cleared it up nicely with this explanation. ENaC channels are also involved. Got it.

Hi Mike, even if you didn't know that the ENaC channels are uPregulated let's say, you could still have gotten the question correct as chloride and sodium are the two main substances involved in the pathogenesis of CF?

Is there anyway I can get your personal answer keys for these old NBME's? There are multiple ones floating around, but I've seen mistakes. Although I look things up myself to confirm, it's time consuming AF. Would really appreciate it.
