Pour grease into a glass jar. It will solidify once it’s cool. You can toss all your oil in a glass jar and then when it’s full, you can toss it or reuse it for something else if you want.

I feel you on adding onions to everything. I sauté onions and then add eggs to scramble. Best breakfast.

I use store bags to dispose of any oil. Use 2 store bags such as Walmart, etc and line them in a pot and pour your oil in that bag lined pot, tie it up and throw it away.

Girl for grease this is what I do.
Take a chunk of foil and wrap it over your fist to make a cup shape. Maa addle sure it’s good and sealed. Use a lid and pour grease into that. I normally sit the foil cup in the trash if over half full. If not I set the foil cup on a paper plate. Anyways once in pinch the top and to the trash.
If it’s bacon grease you can get a fine strainer from dollar tree. Collect that in a glass jar and keep in the fridge or freezer and use instead of oil. I add my oil on top of it so I collect in a larger jar. Let us know what you try please! Also taco meat freezes perfectly. Freeze in ziplock and have tacos anytime. I love your videos!

I love those protein chips. I may make a turkey taco salad this weekend. Have you ever tried substituteing sour cream with plain greek yogurt? It is surprisingly good. Your an awesome step mom and fiancée! I'm sure they both appreciate you so much❤❤❤

I love your cooking/prep content. It’s so relaxing. To answer your question about the grease, I strain through a colander (strainer) over a bigger bowl and dump the grease out in the back yard at the tree line. That way I am not clogging the drain with the grease. I then wipe the colander and bowl out with a paper towel before putting them in the dishwasher. The heat of the dishwasher ensures that they won’t be slick from the grease. I do live in the country on a couple of acres though so my method may not be suitable for your location.

Put that grease in any old container or bottle. I use coffee creamer bottles. But a minimal amount of grease can go down the drain. That lil amount of meat in that skillet can absolutely be drained in the sink with collander. I'd be tight going thru all those paper towels.

I always used to save my metal cans of any sort coffee cans used to be great even the plastic ones now and I let the grease cool off and literally scrape it into that. Keep it under the sink and when it gets full, throw it out.

I buy 90/10 or 93/7 for less grease. I’ll use 80/20 for burgers/meatballs. Buy leaner ground meat and you won’t have as much grease. I hate the way mince grease smells and tastes so I don’t even bother keeping it. If I do keep grease, it’s bacon grease.

Yum and awe she's ur little helper love it. For the grease this is what my mom and gramma did put it in a mug like pour it from the pan into a mug and let it sit for a couple days it hardens like jelly and then u can throw it in the garbage. If u do put any down the drain run hot water down there for a couple min so it doesn't get clogged.
