Great review! The PK was on my list, but your review convinced me to take a closer look at the Rambler! I am glad I did! This has the price advantage and has a great design. The PK has a 20-year warranty and is 100% aluminum. The PK might be my next purchase but Joe one this battle. Can't wait till my order arrives!! Thanks again for your great review!

Great review, showing us the detail of construction. Like a classic NZ smoker, I'm trying to suss out if I can modify this to use a gas-ring or methylated spirits heat source in a separate cavity beneath a modified sealed off food & wood chips compartment...instead of using the inconvenience of coals as a heat source. Keen to get a gas source of heat, while keeping the fumes mostly separated out of the food cavity.

Can you do a review on some light weight larger capacity dry bags please for storing gear in tramping packs. For clothing sleeping bags freeze dry food and other gear that’s need.

Just bought a Rambler from you guys and the temperature probe dial is hazy inside like it has moisture inside. I observed in this video that it should be crystal clear so what the best way to get it replaced?

I just bought one of these, the quality of the BBQ is on par with a $50 Jumbuck from Bunnings. When you ask for support they threatened you with charges if they determine the faults aren't worth of fixing..
