I know this video is 3 years old but I just wanted to say that this was incredibly helpful. Realistic roleplay.

I am very frustrated at this point because my GAD is undiagnosed, partly because it's comorbid with Schizoaffective Bipolar Type in my life. My psychiatrist refuses to acknowledge that my anxiety exists in conjunction with my mood disorder and isn't just a part of it. I'm either prescribed medication that doesn't work or powerful anti-anxiety drugs that I don't want to take because of their side effects and connection to antidepressants which can trigger mania for me.

I've asked multiple health professionals for medical advice on possibly incorporating CBD oil but no one will advise me so I have a safe guide to dosing so that it doesn't interfere with my lithium and abilify.

I feel like there's no where to turn.
