We had an Atari 2600 for Christmas 1979, it blew our tiny minds, this thing was amazing of course when compared to games consoles today it might not look like much, I still have 2600 jr that we bought later, it still works and I still play it, the second I do I’m instantly transported back to being a kid, plus you really had to use more imagination with those early games

Fun Fact: Nolan Bushnell also created Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre as a way to get video games in front of kids in a family atmosphere. Families love pizza, so why not combine it with kids and video games?! It's a great idea!
