I'd love to see you do a more indepth review on how you think the coffee tastes, like you did with Niche Zero / Eureka Oro and DF64 🙂

Is this grinder as quiet as the eureka mignon with silent tecnology?

Hi, can you detail removing the hopper? After closing the gate, I would have assumed it would just lift off or twist off. Ours doesn’t seem to want to budge. Is there a “trick” I’m missing?

When grinding for espresso, actually a ristretto, I want 14gm of beans ground with about a 25 second pour. After setting the timer to about 16 seconds, how can I be sure that 14 gm is ground? And should the puck be like a firm biscuit? Thank you

Wondering if you can adjust grinding for drip coffee maker as well? Does the output come close to the niche zero? Thanks

I recently bought this grinder and feel like it's struggling to grind very fine. I have it on the finest setting where the burrs are just touching and I wouldn't say its achieving Turkish, flour like consistency. Is it possible to 'over wind' the dial and damage the burr mechanism in any way? When I received the machine the motor wasn't running as the burrs were touching, im concerned this might have affected the burr mechanism.
