Today I show you the recipe of Taralli Bolliti Pugliesi, original recipe with 3 variations. Basic dough:

Flour 500 g
Extra virgin olive oil 150g
White wine 150 g
Salt 1 tsp

to be enriched with sesame seeds or chilli 🌶️

Potato dough:

Flour 260 g
Extra virgin olive oil 60g
White wine 60 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Boiled Potato 100 g
Rosemary 1 sprig

There delicious, I love them. Nonno allways brings them from Apulia when he visits us. I also really lave the big ones (don't know what there called) you need to put them in water, add tomato mozzarella, kapperi sale and olio. It's the best food for the evening.

I believe the total baking time is incorrect. At 355 degrees, they took about 20 minutes per side, about 40-45 minutes total. Very good recipe. Best I’ve made!
