VONC Notice cleared

The Private Business Committee has cleared the notice of a vote of no confidence submitted by the opposition this morning.

This was announced in parliament this afternoon following a meeting by PBC, who deliberated on the notice to ensure all requirements were met.

This now means the VONC notice will be listed on the notice paper tomorrow and parliament adjourned to next week when the opposition will table the motion of no confidence against the Prime Minister James Marape.
