I also think Burt’s outie is a spy and that dinner date was meant to keep Irving away from his apartment while Drummond went through his apartment.

At this point we all know, but when i saw the episode, i knew for a fact it wasn’t Helly simply because of one thing: she said “i think i’m staying” like it was nothing. Helly who tried to hard to escape that place would never say that.

#8 Tells Irv to tell, "Even if it's bad, " while she lies herself. Helly once scolded Mark for being a hypocrite. It's out of character for the Helly we know.
#9 All Helly wants to do is leave. She'd never pass up that opportunity.

All of these can be explained away. It’s obvious why she lied, she doesn’t want them to know she’s an Eagan. Duh. They would turn on her or not trust her. Also by saying innies are not the same as outies, she’s a prime example why that’s true, her outtie is for the severance program while her innie isn’t
