What's the Worldwide Cyclery YouTube Channel all about?

Demystifying the confusing world of Mountain Bikes one video at a time. We eat, sleep and breathe bicycles and love to make videos about them.

Worldwide Cyclery is one unusual mountain bike shop on a mission to build the best bike shop on the planet. We are a group of passionate and motivated MTB riders who are all about having fun on bikes by any means necessary. We mostly live in the world of high-end mountain bikes but pretty much just love anything with two wheels.

Our content provides riders with the most amount of information possible on everything from new product releases to bike and product reviews. We're here to provide relevant content that will inform and educate our fellow riders/bike enthusiasts so that they can upgrade and shred their mountain bikes with a smile.

Visit a shop in Newbury Park CA, Lancaster PA, or Reno, NV. Come ride bikes! Or drink a beer, or a fruit juice...

What did you get for your bike this month?

Jeff speaks the truth about WC’s customer service. I had a nearly new SRAM Eagle cassette break a tooth after only a few rides. Sent WC an email asking if they could help with a warranty claim, and they shipped out a replacement within a day. “WC” also stands for “world-class.”

I've bought things from Worlwide Cyclery and kept them just because your customer service was so Awesome! Shout out to Matt if he's still there. Dude you rock! 😎

yes, I bought (built up) a new bike 2 months Gnarvester frame, Pike ultimate fork 130mm, One Up carbon bar, Bikeyoke dropper, XT brakes, Gates belt 14spd hub! and the my bikes are from 2009-2013 so I've been wanting to update my geometry for a while. My hardtail that I loved but had to give honest assesment was the most in need to replace due to geometry. So this build I'm looking at as my "forever hardtail", It has plenty of room for any tire up to 3", the drivetrain is impervious to hazards and the geo instills confidence.

Picked up a Salsa Horsethief as my first full suspension bike. I’m loving it so far!

I ordered an Alchemy Arktos 120 in May. For the value I could not beat it. Industry 9 rims and hydra hubs, Fox Factory suspension all standard. Plus I can upgrade the suspension to 2 other sizes, 150mm/140mm or 170mm/150mm. So I basically have the ability of spending a couple of thousand to upgrade the suspension instead of having to buy a completely new bike. Absolutely love it, now I only ride my Ibis Ripmo and the Alchemy, I do not ride the 2 hard tails anymore.

Bravo to you all on the support side especially. Keeps me coming back. It's such a major factor for continuing purchases from any business.

Since you ask... I bought a Norco Fluid HT, the cheapest version, pulled off almost all the components, installed Fox Step Cast 34 forks, full Shimano XT drivetrain, DIY chinese carbon rims (25mil inners), with Onyx Vesper hubs and Sapim D-Light spokes, Maxxis Rekon 2.4 up front, 2.25 Rekon Race in the rear, with Whiskey Millhouse carbon bars.
Pretty much the Ultimate "down country" ripper. I'm absolutely stoked! The bike is incredibly playful, and lightning fast! I don't even think Norco knows what a great frame they built. Best mountain bike I have ever ridden.

I can verify WCs customer service is top notch! I had to exchange some crank boots because getting the right ones was a little confusing with my Sram cranks. It was easy, no problems and the customer support I got was awesome. Jeff, I hear you when bad support pisses you off! Been there with other companies. Plans for the Norco Sight is new PNW bars and stem then transferring my Norco setup to my fatbike which has too narrow bars and too long a stem.

Have a Marin Carbon RZ trail, and now bought a new Giant XTC hardtail to build up a 2ND MTB light XC bike just for flow trails. Saved the super light AL frame, switched to Carbon wheels, SID, XT groupset mixed with SRAM GX axs derailleur, added dropper, and she now weights in at just 24 lbs. Running Recon/Recon Race. Climbs like a 4 Runner and accelerates like a Tesla...had for 2 weeks, and really love it. Ty for all your info videos. They really help. Scott

I built up a Canfield Lithium this spring matte black finish ( murdered out ) with Ohlins suspension front and rear. The bike is just an absolute beast. This is my second Canfield build. I am a big fan of this company.

I bought a Cannondale Habit 3. Wanted to support the local shop and after a long conversation with them, we came to the decision that bike would be a good all-rounder.

Agree on the Sonos products I have a sound bar and a sub. Connection issues from time to time. Support is not good like you said. But, they do sound very good.

Glad to hear you so passionate about the value of customer support!! Maybe I'll reach out to you guys for help on the Rockshox I purchased from you guys. Since SRAM didnt fix it on the first warranty claim, and keeps dismissing my problem!! 😡
