This team for alhaitham is not practical all the time because Bennett cannot heal over 70%, makes the HoD passive become useless. But if you have skilled to maintain the HP, then it’s better.

for now Alhaitham is still way better than Kinich in c0 and f2p wise BUT Kinich is way better once he turns c2 or c4 and once more natlan characters come out

Only the blessings of the abyss can save, first 4.8 which increased the damage and critical rate for characters when enemies are being applied by burn and Mualani uses burn teams, and now 5.0 which increases the damage of the elemental skill by 80% for Natlan characters.

For as much as I love kinich and his playstyle, alhaitham will always remain my go-to dendro DPS, if you just know how to play him and manage his mirrors he is an insane character

Can't compare those two. Kinich is reliant on Burn reaction while Alhaitham on Spread.
For an equal comparison, try hyperbloom on these two.

Kinich is more single target, while Alhaitham is all rounded.

as a person who has c1 alhaitham by accident being a f2p
Kinich is overall better in burning / burgeon teams and has better damage per cannon (skill full points) while Alhaitham is mostly just spread teams. So just pull whose supports u got, i use both of them as my main dps.
